Characteristics of the course of study

By transmitting methods and techniques to effectively enhance and communicate the contemporary artistic heritage, the course allows students to acquire the skills necessary to learn about the history of cultural heritage, to be able to manage them with a specific design methodology and to enhance them. The course pays great attention to the contemporary artistic and architectural heritage of the vicinity, for this reason the three-year study plan offers specific teachings concerning the history of art and architecture, from the 20th century to today. This allows the course to provide skills that can be spent in the world of art taking into account the evolution that cultural sites periodically face. The cultural basis provided to the student enrolled in the three-year degree course inCommunication and enhancement of the artistic heritage includes the study of the English language which is faced with linguistic practice in the field of artistic communication. An integral part of the training course is represented by the carrying out of internships or internships at structures responsible for the management of cultural heritage and workshops intended for the complete exercise of the skills and knowledge acquired in the individual years of the course.

The aim of the Communication and enhancement of the artistic heritage course is to train professionals capable of enhancing and communicating the contemporary artistic-cultural heritage. The course provides the professional, in the field of cultural heritage, with a solid cultural base and the knowledge of planning and management tools, essential elements in order to promote and enhance a territory with awareness.

The professional profile coming out of the three-year course of Communication and enhancement of the artistic heritage is the Cultural Operator (both in the public and in the private sector) able to operate flexibly - independently or in collaboration with the relevant officials - in the dissemination and communication of contemporary artistic production, with particular reference to the organization and preparation of artistic events, curatorship, preparation of the communication supports of artistic events inherent to contemporaneity especially relating to the cultural heritage of territorial proximity.
